OUR MISSION
TXG Contracting is a San Antonio-based commercial framing and finishes subcontractor. We demo, frame and sheathe, install EIFS and in-wall blocking, insulate, board, finish and paint, and install ceilings, doors and flooring, inside and out, for general contractors across San Antonio, Austin, and Central and South Texas. Carrying the full package under one contract means fewer trades to coordinate, fewer gaps between scopes, and one team answerable for how the job turns out. We bid from the drawings: by wall type, by sheet, with inclusions and exclusions spelled out.
Taylor Guinn
Construction runs deep in Taylor's family, starting with his grandfather. Before focusing TXG on commercial framing and finishes, Taylor ran projects from land development through finish-out, and that ground-up experience shapes how TXG plans, sequences and coordinates its work with the GC. A dedicated husband and father of three, Taylor lives in Boerne, Texas. He leads hands-on: every estimate goes out under his review, and he stays close to the field from mobilization through punch.

Every job gets a clear scope, an honest schedule and a crew that shows up. We coordinate early with the GC and the other trades, flag conflicts before they turn into change orders, and finish clean so the next trade can start on time.
